Accomodations

La Fenice has three appointed double bedrooms:

• The master suite, accessible through the upstairs lounge, has an en-suite bathroom and overlooks the pool.

• The large second bedroom, located in the annex and reached through the dining room, has a double bed and a private sitting area.

• The third bedroom can be arranged as either a double or two singles, and has a large  terrace overlooking the pool. This bedroom, along with the first-floor bedroom, share access to a well-equipped bathroom, creating a self-contained unit that promises privacy and quiet.

Living Spaces

Though you will likely spend most of your time outdoors, our house is very comfortable for relaxing inside as well. The two highlights of the living room is the huge picture window overlooking the valley, and the terrace, where we drink our aperitifs and have dinner while watching the sun set behind the ruins of the old church.

The large vaulted kitchen has everything you need to cook as much (or as little) as you'd like. There are multiple dining areas: an eating area in the kitchen, a dining room and three outside dining areas, so you can take your pick according to your mood and the time of day.

There are two expansive terraces, one facing west with spectacular sunsets (partially covered) and the other east (fully covered), offer versatile outdoor living spaces, perfect for enjoying the mild climate and picturesque surroundings.

Outdoor + Indoor Amenities

• Dip in our heated, landscaped 8 x 4m pool, lounge poolside, or eat alfresco in one of the three outdoor dining areas. The outdoor areas have night lighting, and the pool is perfect for dips day and night. There's a barbecue next to the pool to make dining under the sun, or stars, easy..

• There is a boules court in the yard, perfect for playing the traditional Provençal game.

• The house has wifi, a TV in the living room, DVD player, satellite TV (UK Sky), radio, stereo system, CD player, and a selection of books. There is also a telephone with a landline.
